Temecula Interior Decor
Temecula Design & Technology Company (“Temecula Interior Decor”) sources furniture, fixtures, and décor items from a curated network of manufacturers, vendors, and trade partners. As such, all refunds and exchanges are subject to the original manufacturer’s and vendor’s policies.
Approved returns or exchanges may be eligible for a refund or store credit, less any applicable restocking fees imposed by the manufacturer or vendor. In addition, Temecula Interior Decor reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 10% of the retail purchase price on furniture, fixtures, and décor items to cover handling, processing, and administrative costs.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging. Shipping costs, delivery fees, and white-glove service charges are non-refundable.
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be reported in writing within the timeframe specified by the manufacturer or vendor. Temecula Interior Decor will assist in facilitating claims but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond vendor-issued resolutions.
By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Exchange Policy in full.
